Evolution of Love!!

Love has evolved with the evolution of mankind. As mankind attained maturity in their thoughts through various ages the definition of love also has changed according to the development in the thinking of mankind.

In those days, Love is something that comes at first sight but as days changed this formula of love was subjected to various arguments. These arguments paved a way for the question how could love be at first sight? A person if does not know anything about the opposite sex how could the love be successful in maintaining a relationship till end.

Those days, True Love is something when the people in love has to accept the opinions of the dominant one.(In this case the dominant one were mostly males) But today it has love as evolved in such a way saying that true love is only when the other is able to accept the difference of opinions. Not just look for similarities in each other but to appreciate the differences and love them and accept them as they are!!

Those days, If anyone is in love it was unwritten law that we must speak in phone for hours together, meet almost everyday. But today in this busy world I don’t think talking in phone hours together is possible (may be for the first few months we may have topics to talk. Later it becomes short talks and later just questions of had breakfast, lunch and dinner. Meeting daily with the work constraints has almost become dream these days. Meeting each other once a week, once a month has evolved.

Even after all these evolution of love, these phrases of love remains still the same. Love is blind. Falling in love may happen any time with anyone.

These are just my opinions. Please add on your opinions too regarding Evolution of Love!!

Supreme Court Judgment – A share of thought!!

Narendra Kumar Varma – Saveetha case of Divorce has caused severe arguments regarding the judgment given by the Supreme Court judges P.N Agarwal and G.S.Singhvee and J.M Panchal.

Narendra Kumar Varma and Saveetha had lived separately for 16 years. When Narendra Kumar Varma asked for divorce the Supreme Court judges have denied divorce on the grounds that its god’s decision that they must live together and they cannot be given divorce.

I don’t feel this is in anyway justice. As per law, even if a couple live separately for 2 years they can claim divorce. All the judgments given by various district and high courts of various states have followed only this. Now, I don’t understand how can Supreme Court can come up with this judgment? This judgment is not only against law but also against the interest of an individual and this judgment paves way only for superstitious belief.

As per the Indian constitution under fundamental duties 51-A (h) it’s the duty of every citizen to pave the way for the growth of science and scientific knowledge. But the judgment given by the Supreme Court is totally against it.

When compared to all the courts the Supreme Court has more powers. Only because of that it is being called Supreme Court. Sometimes the judgments given by this court is taken even as law. Judgment made by law. With these powers, the Supreme Court instead of giving judgment based on law it has given judgment based on belief. Each one can have any belief. But that should be within the doors of their houses. When the judgment is given it should be purely based on Law.

On what basis does god want them to live together? Court must give a judgment based on law and witness not on belief in god.

If they are saying it is the decision of god that they must live together even after 16 years of separation will the god come as a witness and answer the questions on what basis this decision was made. Has the notice sent to him that he must give explanation for this decision?

Even if Supreme Court gives judgment based on belief of god then won’t the other courts take this an advantage and will they not come up with new way of giving judgments? This judgment is given on the basis of my astrology belief and other things. If these things happen then what is the use of law and rights?

If each judge start writing judgment based on these superstitious beliefs my conscience said this, my god within me asked me to write this judgment then imagine the state of law and court at India.

Even if the well learned judges are not able to give up their superstitious belief that too when a judgment is made what to say about others?
