Precious gift of Nature!

When I was alone
A tender heart
Consoled me giving
Me confidence!!
When I cried aloud
A gentle hand
Wiped my tears
Which made me calm!!
When I was betrayed
A magical voice
Replied ,I am there!!
But,
When the tender heart
Asked for my nearness
I was away!
When that gentle hand
Asked my touch
I ignored carelessly!
When that magical voice
Longed for my care
I was busy!
When I lost my precious
I told myself
Death is inevitable
As the years passed
When I lost my strength
When I longed for the care
I understood my ignorance
When I underwent the
Feeling of loneliness
My conscience
Mocked at me
Saying Tit for Tat!
Now as I think of
My mother!
Precious gift of Nature!
Whom I ignored
Tears filled my eyes
But the heart which
Supported me ,
Hands that lifted me
Is no more!!
